President's Spring Message
Welcome to the Buffalo Racquet Club, a unique red clay tennis club in Western New York. The BRC is a community of players comprised of many levels and ages, singles, families and students.. We all “love” playing tennis, especially on our wonderfully groomed courts. After long exhausting games we relax and socialize on our famous porch, which always seems to get a cool breeze, even on those really hot summer days.
Our season extends from May 1 to October 15, weather permitting. Many members take an active part in the preparation and maintenance of the club. It takes a lot of planning, organizing, commitment, and sweat to maintain clay courts, but it is well worth the effort.
We welcome new members and have designed a Mentor Program to familiarize them with the club and to introduce them to other players. We invite interested players to attend our Spring Open House and experience playing on the clay!
